SHIPPING
All orders are shipped via EC-Ship (International) and SF Express (Hong Kong).
Please ensure all information is correct when providing your shipping information during checkout. We may be required to contact you if there is any incorrect and/or missing information, which may cause delays in shipping your order. Delays may also occur due to pending payment verifications or customs clearance.
Shipping rates applied for all purchases shall be paid for by the purchaser and shall be included on the checkout page of the purchase. The shipping prices are set by EC-Ship and SF Express; Laurine Watches does not profit from the shipment rates. Laurine Watches holds the right to alter the courier at any time, which in turn may provide different shipping rates.
Laurine Watches will use its best endeavors to process orders within five (5) business days pending item availability and payment verification.
Please allow extra time for orders to be processed during public holidays and promotional periods.
Customs & Regulations
Your local customs office may require additional documents and time to clear your package, which may delay the estimated delivery time. You are responsible for checking your local postal regulations for restricted items, as we cannot be held liable for any items that are not accepted into the specific country.
Import Taxes & Duties
Import tax and duty fees are not included in your order total. Laurine is not responsible for any custom charges that may imply at its designated countries.
RETURNS
It is our policy that all sales of our watches are considered final, thus we will not accept any returns for monetary value. However, if in the case of a defective product, you may within thirty-one (31) days from the date of initial sale, exercise a one-time exchange for a product of the same design and style. Any customers that find their Products defective upon delivery should contact [email protected] to notify us immediately of your request. In the event that the initially purchased item style is out of stock, purchasers are offered a one-time exchange of a product that is equal value to the item returned. The purchaser will be responsible for all shipping and handling expenses incurred as a result of the exchange. Returned defective items must be unworn and unaltered, with all tags attached and in original packaging. Returned of items MUST be received by Laurine Watches within thirty-one (31) days from the date of receipt and shall be returned by traceable and insured courier (i.e. Fed-Ex, EC-Ship or SF Express). For items received after this time period, we reserve the right to deny the exchange.
You will be notified via email as to the status of the exchange. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable and are not be inclusive.
